One simple way of getting enough vegetables, fiber and antioxidants while balancing your Pitta dosha is to juice.

Start with juicing 1-2 times a week. A simple juice recipe is:

Fresh carrots (rich in beta-carotene, pectin, and biotin)

Fresh Cucumbers (rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin K, & Potassium)

Handful of Fresh Cilantro ( Rich in Quercetin, Potassium, and Vitamins A, C, & K)
